Welcome to Sahodari.in (the "Site"), a platform owned and operated by SAHODARI LLP ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing, browsing, or using this Site, you ("User," "you," "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws.
If you do not agree to all of these terms, you must not access or use the Site. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
Sahodari.in acts solely as a technology platform that connects independent Service Providers ("Providers") with individuals or entities seeking services ("Seekers"). We are not a party to any agreement entered into between a Provider and a Seeker.
Providers are independent entities, not employees, agents, or partners of SAHODARI LLP.
We do not control, endorse, or assume any responsibility for the quality, safety, legality, or timeliness of the services provided by Providers, or the accuracy of the information posted by Seekers.
All terms of service, including scope, deliverables, performance, and payment, must be mutually agreed upon directly between the Provider and the Seeker before work commences. We strongly advise users to perform their own due diligence.
You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it promptly.
You are responsible for maintaining your account confidentiality and all activities under it. Note that we never send OTPs or request them through our employees. Our system is fully automated and only sends subscription reminders and service requests to providers.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.
Providers pay a recurring subscription fee, billed monthly in advance, to access the platform and receive service requests.
Subscription fees are non-refundable, regardless of usage level, request volume, or whether the Provider's account is temporarily or permanently suspended.
Service Providers can delete their account at any time. Account deletion is instantaneous, and we do not ask for any explanation. Please note that any remaining days in your subscription period will not be refunded upon account deletion.
Seekers may receive an initial number of free requests (as per the current pricing model).
Additional requests beyond the free limit are prepaid and non-refundable. Payment is for the opportunity to connect with a Provider, not for a guaranteed outcome or result.
All payments made on sahodari.in are final and non-refundable. By purchasing a subscription or service requests, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund, credit, or exchange for any reason, including but not limited to:
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways integrated within our platform. SAHODARI LLP is not responsible for any errors, fees, or security breaches caused by the payment gateway.

By submitting any content (reviews, comments, profiles), you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, display, and modify such content. You are solely responsible for your content, and it must not violate any laws or third-party rights.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SAHODARI LLP and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangibles, resulting from:
Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the total amount of fees you have paid to us in the last three (3) months.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SAHODARI LLP, its officers, directors, and employees from any claim, demand, damage, or loss (including reasonable legal fees) made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
SAHODARI LLP is not obligated to mediate disputes between Providers and Seekers. Users are solely responsible for resolving any conflicts that arise from their private agreements. We encourage users to communicate directly to resolve issues.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in MANCHERIAL, TELANGANA.
